Hey, what do you know, our local newspaper finally decided to print something really newsworthy. Yes, that's right. This past Monday night at trivia, team No Love (aka Captain No Love) won first place. Booyea. The prize? A $15.00 gift certificate, and fame within Hickory. . Er.. at least with the people who read the paper... Of course, it'd be better if it was in color.. but what can you do?

The plan for this weekend? Hang out with Katie tomorrow night (as well as karaoke at McGuire's) and hang out with my man on Sunday.

It sounds like our lives have become really similar, Allison. All I seem to do is go out to play trivia or sing karaoke these days. Last night our team "Funky Buttlovin'" won a round of jello shots, a budweiser beer stein, and a bunch of bud light schwag. Usually they give out a $20 bar tab, but they didn't last night for some reason. We didn't make the paper though. :(

I hope you're not bartending all by yourself. It sucks having to look up a bunch of drink recipes while people are all up on your ass asking for more beer.

hahaha a video? There's video of me doing karaoke, but it's like a cat screeching when someone steps on their tail. Seriously.
